The health and safety of our attendees is our first priority. While we had hoped to gather together in person in San Diego, we knew we couldn't wait another year for our community to connect. Thus we're happy to announce the 2021 P3 Water Summit will be held virtually April 21-23. Our project delivery discussions and digital networking & real time chat functions ensures our community can continue to collaborate, learn and grow together in this unprecedented time.
2021 P3 Water Summit: The Virtual Summit
The 2021 P3 Water Summit is a groundbreaking online event for water agencies and industry. We will deliver a virtual and interactive conference, exhibition and networking experience to over 600 delegates nationwide.
This year's program was designed to provide water agencies and industry a needed opportunity, to sidestep postponed physical events and travel restrictions, and come together to discuss recovery, delivery strategies, and share knowledge.
We thank you for your support of our program and commitment to advancing collaborative solutions. We are grateful to all the public and industry leaders presenting this year and who'll be sharing their responses to challenges and strategies for recovering from Coronavirus-related disruption. New Approaches to Project Delivery
Our annual program examines how alternative project delivery methods are being used to advance critical water projects of all sizes across the country. We explore innovative approaches in project design, build, risk, financing, and O&M that offer communities new ways to meet complex water, wastewater, and stormwater challenges.
Join public agency representatives, utility operators and industry nationwide for 3 valuable days on the latest modes of water infrastructure delivery. The 2021 Summit is dedicated to alternative delivery methodologies for owners, operators, and industry partners.

The Virtual Program: How It Works

Virtual Auditorium
The Auditorium provides delegates access to live conference sessions as well as the option to watch previous sessions on demand. With 4 concurrent tracks, you will access to over 60 project delivery and market discussions. All sessions will be available for viewing through May 30th.
Virtual Lobby
Our Lobby is where you start and where you'll explore the different halls we've designed. Connect with exhibitors, access our resource center for research material, network with our audience in video enabled 1 on 1s, and more. Got questions? Our help desk is available to assist during all hours of this year's event.

Virtual Exhibition
The Expo Hall is where conference delegates will meet our partners. Learn more about new project delivery approaches, best practices, and services while connecting and talking live with exhibitors. This year over 15 exhibitors join us.

Networking Hall
We know how important it is to connect. Our video enabled networking hall will allow you to interact with all conference delegates. Each day you can connect with presenters, setup private & group meetings, and meet over 800 delegates during each days' networking hour.

Connecting and Learning
This year's event is dedicated to COVID response and recovery. If there's one common issue that we're all considering is how water agencies are adjusting and preparing for the new normal, how long that will last, and how projects are able to move forward today.
Virtual Program Preview

The program features a broad range of topics focusing on how P3s are being used to improve service quality and system reliability, address deferred O&M, provide options for smaller communities, and economically deliver water projects of different sizes.
The Summit agenda takes a clear look at current trends in P3s, while examining contract structures, facility types, and financing mechanisms in use.
Through conversations with agency leaders, project owners, and advisers, the Summit explores best practices and lessons learned from successful partnerships.
