What are the dates and times of the Summit?
Conference dates are Tuesday, September 17 – Wednesday, September 18.

The conference will begin on Tuesday at 7:00 AM PST and end at 4:00 PM PST on Wednesday. 

What does my registration fee include? 
Registration fees include access to all conference activities including meals and evening receptions. Meals include:

– Tuesday: Refreshments during the day, lunch, and heavy appetizers with beverages during the evening.

– Wednesday: Refreshments, breakfast, and lunch.

Are there sponsorship opportunities available?

I’m interested in speaking at the event. How can I get involved? 
We’re always interested in learning about your experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form. The deadline to submit an abstract is April 19, 2024. 

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation deadline is August 17, 2024. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. If for any reason, Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this event, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by registrants. Substitutions are allowed and must be made in writing. Please send all requests to Sarah Zinn at szinn@accessintel.com prior to August 17, 2024.
