What are the dates and times of the Summit? Conference dates are Wednesday, April 21 - Friday, April 23, 2021.
The conference will begin on Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST and continue to 4:00 PM EST each day. Please note that all session times are presented in Eastern Standard Time. To view the full schedule, click here.
What does my registration fee include? Registration fees include access to all Summit sessions, as well as post-event recordings of all program sessions.

I've logged in to the Virtual Summit. Where do I go from here? When you "arrive", you will be in the Main Lobby. From the Main lobby, you can visit the Sessions theater to watch the full program, check out the Networking Lounge, visit the Resource Center, or visit the Help Desk.
How do I watch the sessions? In the Auditorium, you will see today's schedule. Click 'launch' to start viewing the session in progress. If you join late, no worries - just click the session you would like to view. Post-event recordings of all program sessions will be available to attendees.
How does networking work? During our breaks, head into the Networking Lounge to chat with other attendees and make new connections.
What are the best browsers to use for the Virtual Summit? Google Chrome or Firefox are the suggested browsers.

I’m interested in speaking at the event. How can I get involved? We’re always interested in learning about your P3 experience. Please submit session ideas and abstracts through our online form. One of our team members will quickly get back to you.

Why have I not received a registration confirmation? All confirmations are sent at the conclusion of your registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you need a confirmation resent to you, please email Sarah Plombon at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I modify a registration? Registrations are transferable with written notice from the registered delegate only, up to March 31, 2021. Please email your request to Sarah Plombon at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your cancellation policy? The cancellation deadline is March 31, 2021. All cancellations must be made in writing. No refunds will be given. If you need to cancel, your registration fee can be credited toward a future P3C Media event. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation.
